Junk dumpster Pricing: Our price includes delivery, pick up and your dumping fees up to the included tonnage for the specific can size you choose. There are no other charges as long as you stay within the allotted days and tonnage.  

Set Up Area: The dimensions of a 20-yard roll-off junk dumpster are 20 to 22 feet in length x 8 feet in width x 4 feet in height. It can hold 20 cubic yards of disposable material or about 7-8 pickup truck loads. 

For delivery and Pick up: Our dumpsters come on the back of a semi truck, we need an open area 50 feet long and 10 feet wide and we will need atleast 45-50 ft in length for pick up. If you're not sure call us and we can assist. 

Included weight:  is 4000 pounds. Each additional ton over 4000 we charge $.0425 cents a pound with a 1 ton 2000lbs minimum. 

Dumpster Use: This type of dumpster is ideal for disposing of medium to large scale household junk and debris and general junk. They are commonly seen at spring cleaning, garage clean outs, foreclosure clean outs, evictions, sites for new homes and also for residential home remodels. It can fit most driveways without hanging over the sidewalk. Because of its high weight limit, large amounts of waste and bulk items can easily be disposed of. The door in the rear of the dumpster does open but you must have the room for this ability you will need an additional 10 ft.
