Just below the top rim of the dumpster. You can load the dumpster up to and level with the rim, you just cannot "mound" the trsh on top or go over the rim. We must be able to tarp it and haul it down the road without anything fyling or sliding out. Every item in the dumpster must be inside the rim with nothing sticking out.
Anything over the rim of the dumpster you are responsible to remove the items until its below the rim of the dumpster rental. If it is over filled we will not pick up and you will be charged $175 dry run fee and have to reschedule your pick up. Please be sure you have loaded your dumpster properly and have not overfilled it.
It is easier and cheaper to call for a "Dumpster Swap", Than to overfil and pay dry run fees as well as overages on days.
Dumpster Swaps are charged at regular rates, each pull is charged.
No, we have highly skilled operators, and although there is always a chance of damaging concrete, our equipment is designed to lower the container in a slow and controlled manner. The container is also picked up using the rollers on the rear of the dumpster. There should not be any damage during delivery or pick-up. If any damage occurs, we will not be held liable or responsible for damage to grass, driveways, pavers, or any area where the dumpster is placed. We take great care when delivering a dumpster rental to avoid damaging the ground. However, there is always a possibility that concrete may crack or break, or that grooves may be left in asphalt. We always advise and ask you first if you would like us to place the dumpster on wood. If so, you will need to provide scrap wood or sheet plywood for our driver to place the dumpster on, as we do not supply wood.
Yes, however you are required to pull a permit and get permission from Hillsborough county or the City of Tampa to keep a dumpster on the road/street. Your permit must be displayed on the dumpster/container until it is removed. It must also be transfer to swapped or switched dumpsters. Below is a link for Hillsborough County Permitting office.

Yes and No, Let us Explain:
Moving the dumpster: We ask that you do not use skid steers, bobcats, dozer, excavator or otherwise to move the dumpster once delivered. Most damages to our dumpsters occur when heavy machinery is used to move the Dumpster. If heavy machinery, bobcat, skid steer etc is used to move the dumpster and damage occurs you will be responsible for damages and repair costs. Also, when dumpsters are moved, often times they are moved in such a way that our truck cannot line up the truck to pick the dumpster up. In this case we charge a dry run charge of $175 and you will be responsible for moving it back or to a place where the truck can safely and resonably pick up the dumpster.
Loading The Dumpster: Yes, machinery can be used to load our dumpsters. Dumpsters are loaded by machine almost everyday, careful operators are able to successfully load our dumpsters quickly and efficiently. However, with that being said, Accidents do occur and damage is caused in some cases. The liabilty is on the customers and if damage occurs it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for damages, repair, and labor costs.
